We are Z & S, best friends and cousins who have a passion for everything story-telling related. We are very excited to be launching this blog, after many months of contemplation and work!

This blog is dedicated to interesting topics, reviews, and opinions regarding Books, TV shows, Movies and Music we have read, watched or listened to recently. While sometimes it may be a topic directly related to the source in question, other times the connection will be stretched, brought about by whatever the source inspired in us.

For our first post we wanted to take a moment to lay down how this blog is going to work. While there are two of us writing, most of the time each post will be written independently on a topic of our choosing with the initial of the author signed at the end of the post. However, every once in a while, you can look forward to a collaborative post.

As the name may suggest, we are both avid readers, movie-goers and TV watchers. Our preferences vary greatly with S being a fan of dystopian, fantasy and sci-fi categories, with the occasional musical thrown in. Some of her favourites being Sense8 (TV show), Left Hand of Darkness by Ursula le Guin (Book), and Donnie Darko (Movie). Z, on the other hand, gravitates more towards the comedic drama, mystery, action/thriller scene, the likes of Stranger Things (TV Show), Call Me By Your Name by André Aciman (Book), and Inception (Movie). These are only a few examples of our interests, but since we are by nature very curious we enjoy expanding our horizons and experiencing new genres.
